ERTW’s lawyers are not only experienced and able trial attorneys, but also effective appellate advocates. They are just as accomplished in briefing and arguing significant issues of law before a panel of appellate justices as they are at explaining difficult facts to a jury. Thus, the people of ERTW are ready to pursue writs and appeals concerning any substantive area of the law, whether the appeals arise from matters ERTW handled at the trial court stage, or that previously were litigated by other lawyers.
