History
After years of big firm experience, we started ERTW in October 2006 to create a firm that has the size and depth to handle the kind of complex litigation at which we excel, but without the internally focused concerns of many big firms, such as strategic plans, cross-marketing programs, large law firm governance issues, recruiting, and on-the-job training of new lawyers. With seven experienced lawyers from top law schools who work well together in small or large teams as required, the only strategic plan we worry about is devising and executing litigation strategies to produce successful results on our clients’ matters. Nothing about the way our law firm operates internally interferes with our obsession for winning our clients’ cases, and everything about the way we practice law has the single purpose of serving our clients’ best interests.
