Elena S. Min

Ms. Min brings to her practice a no-nonsense approach focused on solving legal problems in the most efficient manner.

Ms. Min concentrates her practice in the area of employment law and commercial litigation. She has broad experience representing employers and individual defendants in employment litigation matters, including those involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. She has also counseled employers on personnel decisions including wage and hour classifications and family and medical leaves of absence. In addition, Ms. Min has represented clients in commercial litigation matters, including commercial lease disputes and issues regarding access to public accommodations by disabled persons.

Ms. Min began her legal career as a labor and employment and commercial litigation associate at Bryan Cave LLP. Before joining ERTW, Ms. Min was a staff attorney at the Children’s Law Center of Los Angeles where she obtained extensive oral advocacy and trial experience while representing abused and neglected children.

Ms. Min graduated from UCLA in 1999 and received her J.D. from USC in 2004. During law school, Ms. Min served on the Southern California Law Review and externed for the Honorable Audrey B. Collins, United States District Court for the Central District of California. Before attending law school, Ms. Min was a publicist for visual effects and streaming media software manufacturers and content-creators.
