Christopher F. Wong
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Wong has had an extremely broad range of experience in business litigation matters. He has handled a wide variety of cases, both federal and state, involving investor fraud, real estate disputes, commercial contracts, partnership disputes, securities and shareholder claims, insurance coverage claims, deceptive advertising, unfair competition, trade secret law, and class actions in a variety of contexts. He has represented corporations, partnerships, investor groups, individuals and public entities.
Mr. Wong has significant first chair experience in trials as well as in arbitration proceedings, including before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and the American Film Marketing Association.
While he aggressively represents his clients through all phases of litigation (including through discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal), he also prides himself on being sensitive to his clients’ business interests and being able to craft creative, pragmatic and common sense solutions to legal problems.
Mr. Wong began his legal career at Irell & Manella LLP in 1989. In 1997, he joined Bryan Cave LLP, where he was a partner in the Commercial Litigation group.
Mr. Wong received his J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1989. He graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986, as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, with a bachelor’s degree in English.
